International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process
Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
Include your order number and return reason with your package.
Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
